Your five

Know your own players
and get the best out of them.

Overall, form and energy, chemistry, rating and the seven categories — then the qualities that decide how he actually plays. This is the view you get on your own five.

Qualities
50 player traits · countless combinations

Qualities tell you who the player is.

Qualities tell you who a player is — not how good he is.

They shape how he performs, which moments he rises in, and whether he makes the team around him better or harder to manage.

Some suit a role naturally. Others only come alive when your tactics match them. A few are flaws you will have to decide whether you can live with.

None of it is explained by a formula. You learn it by building teams, watching matches and paying attention to your players.

With 50 qualities and countless combinations, no two teams have to feel the same.

Rarity matters

A high overall makes a player good. A rare quality makes him unlike anyone else, a specialist in a situation that decides rounds. Find one, and the question stops being how good your squad is. It becomes what it does.

Running the club

More than five players
and a match.

Build the roster. Shape the identity. Run the club behind every match — and live with every decision when the match goes live.

01 · Transfer market
Scout · sign · sell

Every great roster starts with the right signing.

Scout the market, chase rising talent and know when to sell at the right moment. Age, role, reputation and potential all shape a player's value — and rival clubs are always looking for their next move.

Market · players on the blockBeta build

The transfer market lives alongside you. Other clubs buy, sell and compete for talent whether you're online or not.
02 · Training
Form · energy · growth

Talent gets you signed. Development makes you dangerous.

Keep your players sharp, manage their workload and develop the skills your system demands. Every player grows differently — some explode early, others need seasons before you discover what they can become.

03 · Academy
Invest · scout · develop

Every prospect grows on his own clock.

Four development curves — and none of them tells you where the ceiling is.

Early Peaker
Peaks young and fast. Great right now — the question is what he's worth later.
Steady
Predictable, on schedule. What you see is what you get.
Late Bloomer
Slow to start. Writing him off early is how you lose him.
Slow Burner
A long project with a long career. Years before he pays you back.

04 · Competition
Leagues · cups · majors

Climb the ladder. Then prove you belong at the top.

Fight through the divisions, build a reputation and earn your place among stronger opposition. Beyond the league, Cups and Majors will bring new stages, new pressure and the trophies every elite organization wants to lift.

05 · Friendly challenges
Your rivals · your terms

Settle it outside the table.

Challenge another club in your league to a friendly. Same match engine, same veto, the same sixteen dials — and nothing on the line but the argument that started it.

01
The real match engine

Veto, tactics, killfeed and the full match report. A friendly plays by exactly the same rules as a league night.

02
Nothing at stake, everything to prove

No points, no prize money — just the result, and whoever has to live with it.

03
Try a plan for real

Test a setup against a club you know before you trust it with points on the line.

Friendly challenges are playable now. Private leagues you create and run are still in development.
06 · League Press
Posts · polls · weekly bonus

The league talks back.

Every league has its own feed. Managers post, the table argues with itself, and polls decide who was actually right. Turning up each week pays a small bonus in club money.

07 · Scouting
Score · Line-ups · Tactical intel

Every match leaves a trail.

Every played match leaves clues behind. Study the line-ups. Dig into player performances. Uncover the tactics they trusted, the coach behind them and the map veto that shaped the match.

The more you know, the less you have to guess. Scout your rivals before you meet them, spot their habits and walk into match day with a plan built on more than instinct.

But while you're learning them, they're learning you.

The playbook

Set the tactic. Then find out
whose tactic was better.

Set the plan

Sixteen dials. One game plan.

01Four groups, sixteen dials. Approach sets pace, aggression and risk. T-side shapes your executes, sites, fakes, post-plants and lurk. CT-side answers with style, stacks, rotations, retakes and flank watch. Economy decides how you spend a bad round.
02The plan freezes when the match starts. No pausing, no micromanagement, no second thoughts. What you set is what your five take onto the server.
03The tactic has to fit the five you own. Every player answers a game plan differently, and his qualities decide which instructions he thrives on. The same sixteen dials that lift one roster can quietly hold another one back — finding the setup your five actually play well is the work.
Against theirs

Three calls, all yours.

Two of them cost you nothing to make and neither can be bought: who you name your star, and who you mark on the other side. The third is your map order — set before you even know what you're playing.

First · the five

Then you pick the five.

One seat each, form and energy on the day, the star you name — and the chemistry the five have actually built together. Five names on the sheet before a single dial is touched.

Then · the tactic

The whole big brain in one screen.

You decide your playing style for the active lineup — and the manager you are facing is deciding how to answer. Who will get the perfect anti strat?

★ Star and hardmark

The two calls only you can make.

You name one player your star. The other manager can spend his plan on shutting that name down. Read it right, and a hardmark can swing the whole match.

Last · the map

Set your map order for the biggest advantage.

Your top three are picks, your bottom three are bans — every player has different maps he plays better or worse on, so the order is where that edge gets spent. The pool itself turns over each season, so there is always a fresh map to learn. League play is best of one; Cups and Majors will be best of three.

Matchday

Who won the counter-tactics?

The plans are locked and the server is live. Watch it round by round, or read the report afterwards — it ticks every duel you read right, grades your calls and tells you which read landed, which one got punished and who out-thought whom.

01Six duels you never get to watch. Both plans lock, then meet head-on. Win the read and your rounds come cheaper; lose it and your executes walk into their setup. Approach never duels — it colours everything else.
02Watch it live, round by round.Pistol rounds, ecos, clutches and the bomb — a killfeed, a commentator and a scoreboard filling up with numbers nobody tuned. The odds stay hidden and the commentator is forbidden from predicting the result.
03Or read the report later. The score stays hidden until you look — tables, feeds and club cards all keep the secret. Watch the whole match, or open the report and find out what decided it.
04Every stat is earned.Kills, ADR, rating and KAST come from what happened in the round. Nothing is written in afterwards, and no round is ever more than 85% certain.
One head coach calls it
A club can carry up to three coaches, and the head coach makes the call. They shape the eco rounds and steady the five — they never hand your players skill.

The live viewer is being tuned — a clip of a match running round by round lands here next.

Why it's different

Easy to play.
Years to master.

Your first evening asks for four decisions and a squad sheet. Your fifth season asks for all of them, every week — and there is still no pause button, because a manager never gets one.

The habit
Your favourite move becomes your tell

The plan that won you three weeks straight is the plan your next opponent has already watched. Every manager in the league keeps notes on you — and the ones who never change a thing are the easiest to beat.

The weak link
A five is only as good as its fifth

Team strength carries a weak-link term, so the player you keep out of loyalty is felt in every round. Everyone can see who he is — including the manager you play next.

The clock
Sell him a season too late and the market has already decided

From 27 a player is priced on the decline that hasn't happened yet. Loyalty is free to feel and expensive to act on.

The long game
Nothing that wins a match can be bought

There is no paid advantage. Any playbook, any five, any manager. The only thing that separates two clubs is the judgement behind them.

Get started

Take a club in three steps.

An account is free. Taking a club needs a verified email, for one honest reason: the other managers are playing against you, so the league has to be able to reach you.

1
Choose a league

Every league card shows how many slots are open. The official ladder, or a friendly league with people you know.

2
Choose your slot

A brand new club you name yourself, an AI club whose roster and record you inherit, or a club a manager walked away from. Blocked slots are still shown, with the reason.

3
Make it yours

Name, tag, country, colour and a crest drawn from a shape, a symbol, a pattern and two colours. Then eleven players, born with good chemistry, and a squad sheet to argue with.

Brand new clubs open up between seasons. An AI club can be taken over at any point in the year — you inherit its roster, its record and whatever the last table thought of it.

Before you ask

Four honest answers.

The questions every manager asks before the first sign-in — answered the way we would want them answered.

01
Is it free?

Yes. An account and a club cost nothing. A verified email is the only requirement, because the other managers are real people playing against you and the league has to be able to reach you.

02
Is it pay-to-win?

No. Nothing that wins a match can be bought. The planned premium tier sells convenience — more tactic templates, more saved lineups — and never an edge on the server.

03
How much time does it take?

As much as you want to give it. You set the plan; the matches run without you. Some managers rewrite the playbook every week, others open the report and move on.

04
When do Cups and Majors arrive?

League play is what is live during Alpha. Cups and Majors are planned for after it, together with the private leagues managers keep asking for.
